Integral to the NCMTC courses are significant leadership/ministry experiences.

In the Certificate IV in Christian Ministry and Theology course there is a compulsory overseas mission trip to Bali of four weeks duration. Students will be immersed in an in-depth experience working with local organisations as part of their ongoing program. In addition, students will be involved in a second mission/ministry placement where they will take a leadership role. NCMTC will provide a limited number of options for this placement.

As part of the Diploma of Christian Ministry and Theology course the students will be involved in a more extensive ministry experience for a duration of six weeks. This position will be negotiated with NCMTC Staff and is designed to stretch and grow the student as they are immersed in a practical leadership role.
